Share your time with us! PWP is a free wellness program that serves the unmet needs of people experiencing homelessness in Boston. Roles include but are not limited to preparing food, transporting supplies, greeting guests, participation in yoga/meditation & tai chi, and leading wellness talks.

This month's Wellness Talk: Stress Relief, Relaxation and Sleep Hygiene

We are also introducing surveys to be completed by community members and volunteers.
